What are the Eutectic Plates?

Eutectic plates T-EFR consist of two sheets of steel, cold formed and welded together through electrical resistance. The external surface of the steel is covered with a thin layer of zinc and Aluminium zinc that are sprayed with a specifically designed robotic system.

Into the plate there is a solution whose freezing and melting point is constant: this is the eutectic point. An eutectic special tubes (coil) positioned into the plate allows than the freezing of the solution.
